Hah, just to share the iced-jelly fruit cocktail which I did a few days ago. I used to do the jelly based on some recipes which I have in my collection. However, nowadays the jelly powder is available in most shops selling baking items such as Phoon Huat and Ailin. The jelly texture I supposed is a cross between konyaku jelly and agar-agar - more spongy/elastic than agar-agar bt less than konyaku. So, next time you crave for this sweet dessert, just buy the ready-made jelly powder- saves your time!
