PERMINTAAN RESIPI - SCONES

Saya terpanggil utk mencuba 'scone' yg sdri nuree sebutkan tuhari yg dijual di restoran segera POPEYE. Kalau tak silap kat menunya scone ni digelar "biscuits". Overall, menu kat restoran ni OK- for a change, asyik pi KFC jer. Cuma we all feel burger Zinger KFC lebih enak compared to Popeye's burger.

Saya cuba carikan resipi scone ni dan kebeulan terjumpa satu resipi scone yg agak2 similar. Tapi saya belum cuba lagi. Maybe nuree nak mencubanya dan feedback. Hopefully, it's to your taste ya.

If you are serving to children, I would suggest you add a little yoghurt to your ingredient list. It will actually soften the scone. My kids love them.

Hi, just to help shed some light into Popeyes biscuits. They're not completely scones, nor are they made with cheese. It's the large amount of butter that gives these 'biscuits' the cheesy sort of flavour that you get. A while back I've found the perfect recipe online that had managed to successfully copy the exact texture and taste of these, unfortunately I've lost the link, but have it written down in my book. Just in case you would want to know more about these mysterious biscuits :)
