WADEH UDANG & MUFFIN PISANG

Resipi Wadeh Udang ni saya tukil dari internet (dah lama saya copy tp baru jer mencubanya smlm) tp lupa pulak dr blog atau Forum mana. Apapun, mekasih kpd empunya resipi ni, umyah. Alhamdulillah, hasilnya tk mengecewakan. Kalau sesiapa yg nak cuba, silakan.

















WADEH TEPUNG GANDUM

Bahan-bahan

14oz tepung gandum
4 oz tepong wadeh (white urad flour)...carilah kat kedai mamak
11 oz air
1 1/2 sudu teh garam
1 sudu besar yeast (instant yeast)
1 sudu teh potas (saya guna soda bicarbonate)
2 biji telur
1/2 sudu lada hitam ditumbuk halus
1 inci halia hiris halus (atau tumbuk halus)
150 gm bawang kecil hiris halus
3 tangkai daun kari hiris halus
2 batang lada hijau hiris halus (optional)

Udang hidup secukupnya
Minyak utk menggoreng.

Cara:

Satukan semua bahan kecuali udang dan minyak. Perapkan selam kira-kira 1 1/2 hingga 2 jam. Kemudian gunakan sarong tangan plastik pada tangan sebelah kiri. Basahkan sedikit dgn air dan ambil sedikit adunan wadeh lalu leperkan pada palstik tu. Buat bentuk bulat donat dan bubuh se-ekor udang. Angkat wadeh ni dgn tangan kanan lalu masukkan ke dalam kuali berisi minyak yg dah panas. Goreng sehingga garing kekuningan. Hidangkan dgn cili hijau.


























Muffin Pisang mudah ni pula saya buat sbb nak habiskan pisang berangan yg ada kat rumah. Rasanya tk begitu manis, teksturnya lembab (moist), kira orait ler .



















BANANA MUFFIN

1 cup (115 grams) walnuts or pecans, toasted and coarsely chopped (optional)

1 ¾ cups (230 grams) all-purpose flour

¾ cup (150 grams) granulated white sugar

1 teaspoons baking powder

¼ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 large eggs, lightly beaten

½ cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, melted and cooled

3 ripe large bananas (approximately 1 pound or 454 grams), mashed well (about 1-1/2 cups)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


Method:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and place the oven rack in the middle of the oven. Butter or spray with a non stick spray, 12 - 1/2 cup muffin pan.

Place the nuts on a baking sheet and bake for about 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Let cool and then chop coarsely.

In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nuts.
In a medium-sized bowl combine the mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
With a rubber spatula or wooden spoon, lightly fold the wet ingredients (banana mixture) into the dry ingredients just until combined and the batter is thick and chunky. (The important thing is not to over mix the batter. You do not want it smooth. Over mixing the batter will yield tough, rubbery bread.)

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tins. Bake about 20 - 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Place on a wire rack to cool for five minutes and then remove muffins from pan. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Makes 12 regular sized muffins.

Resipi di atas ni wholesale dari empunya resipi di internet. Anda boleh buat dgn cara biasa anda membuat muffin. Saya tak bubuh kacang pun. Its up to you. Yg plain jer pun dah enak..

1) saya ingin tahu..berapakah bajet untuk membuat muffin seperti diatas ini..??

2) bolehkah perisa pisang ditukarkan kepada perisa lain..??

boleh x klw menggunakan minyak masak/mazola..utk mengantikan butter?..spt kita buat cake pisang?
