This is the pic and recipe.
KEK MARBLE (1)
Bahan-Bahan
5 biji telur (sederhana)
125 gm gula caster
150 gm tepung Hong Kong }
½ sudu teh baking powder } diayak bersama
½ sudu besar ovalette
125 gm mentega (dicairkan dan disejukkan dulu)
1 ½ sudu besar susu pekat
1 sudu teh esen vanilla
Cara:
Pukul telur, gula, tepung yg telah diayak dgn b.powder dan ovalette dgn high speed sehingga pekat (kira-kira 10 minit). Masukkan susu pekat, esen vanilla dan mentega cair. Kacau rata.
Bakar selama 40-50 minit dgn suhu 160-170 darjah celsius.
Sesuai utk mereka yg gemar dgn tekstur kek yg sedemikian. On the other hand sesiapa yg suka kek yg lebih moist (lembab) dan berminyak sket, boleh cuba resipi saya yg telah saya postkan dtd 30 Sep 06. Saya sertakan sekali lagi resipinya di sini.
KEK MARBLE (2)
Bahan-bahannya:
8 biji telur (gunakan 7 putihnya)
12 oz mentega
9 oz gula halus
10 oz tepung Hong Kong
5 sudu besar susu pekat manis
3 sudu besar serbuk koko (cairkan dgn 4-5 sudu air panas), sejukkan
1 sudu teh baking powder
1 sudu teh serbuk vanilli
PERATURANNYA
Tepung dan baking powder diayak terlebih dahulu. Kuning telur diasingkan dari putihnya.
Mentega, susu dan vanilli dikacau/pukul hingga kembang. Ketepikan.
Pukul putih telur hingga kembang sambil masukkan gula sedikit-sedikit hingga habis.
It's so nice for me to have found this blog of yours, it's so interesting. I sure hope and wish that you take courage enough to pay me a visit in my PALAVROSSAVRVS REX!, and plus get some surprise. My blog is also so cool! Don't think for a minute that my invitation is spam and I'm a spammer. I'm only searching for a public that may like or love what I write.
ReplyDeleteFeel free off course to comment as you wish and remember: don't take it wrong, don't think that this visitation I make is a matter of more audiences for my own blogg. No. It's a matter of making universal, realy universal, all this question of bloggs, all the essential causes that bring us all together by visiting and loving one another.
You must not feel obliged to come and visit me. An invitation is not an intimation. Also know that if you click on one of my ads I'm promised to earn 8 cents for that: I would feel happy if you did click it, but once again you're totaly free to do what ever you want. I, for instance, choose immediatly to click on one of your ads, in case you have them. To do so or not, that's the whole beauty of it all.
I think it's to UNITE MANKIND that we became bloggers! Don't see language as an obstacle but as a challenge (though you can use the translater BabelFish at the bottom of my page!) and think for a minute if I and the rest of the world are not expecting something like a broad cumplicity. Remenber that pictures talk also. Open your heart and come along!!!!!
Menarik nya gambar2 kek kat Rozzan blog ni ... nampak menyelerakan.
ReplyDeleteLily dah cuba resepi kek lapis. Alhamdulilah, menjadi. Terima kasih kerana sudi berkongsi.
just wondering how do you make those pattern on the marble cake...? so when we cut the cake..it looks nice before we eat..
ReplyDeleteHi Normah.
ReplyDeleteThis kind of symmetrical pattern can be achieved only if u use a round baking tin and cut them equally in 'wedges'. Hope u know what I mean ya.
ReplyDeletetq..
Hi can u tell me which is better using spoon or laddle for making kek marble, to make perfect pattern?
ReplyDeleteBR > Yunani17
ReplyDeleteUtk resipi yg ini, oleh krn adunannya tk banyak dan juga tak begitu pekat, dan juga the recipe calls for it, so saya gunakan sudu makan (tablespoon). Kalau kek marble biasa bilamana adunannya pekat dan banyak, baru kita gunakan senduk ya. Harap maklum. Tapi, apapun, terserah pd kreativiti anda. There's no right or wrong ttg pattern nya ya! :)
As wondering kalau takde tepung hongkong, bole tak pakai tepung gandum biase??
ReplyDeleteKalau xde tpg HK, boleh gunakan tpg gandum jer tp teksturnya kurang gebu atau lembut ya..
ReplyDeleteassalamualaikum bro...
