KEK LAPIS DURIAN

For the past week, I was feeling lethargic, not really in the mood to do anything. Pity the butters- they kept coming in and out of the fridge without any transformation.... Alas, last night, I finally managed to summon all my 'strength'- both mentally and physically and baked Durian Layer Cake. Even though I have my own recipe for it, I decided to try the recipe which I obtained from Rossya's FP (http://rossyabakes.fotopages.com/?entry=848320. Here are the results.






Kek Lapis Durian
Bahan A
400g mentega ( saya gunakan 450 g)
300gm gula halus
500g puree durian (dari isi dikisar tanpa air)- saya blend jer dgn mixer
4 sudu makan susu manis
sedikit paste durian (saya tak taruk sbb not available, instead saya bubuh 1 steh vanilli)

Bahan B
180g tepung naik sendiri
24 biji kuning telur
8 biji putih telur (saya gunakan 7 saja sbb saya gunakan telur saiz besar)

Cara:
1) Pukul bahan A hingga kembang lalu masukkan kuning telur sedikit sedikit hingga habis.
2) Pukul lagi sehingga kembang. Ketepikan.
3) Didalam bekas yang lain, pukul putih telur hingga kembang.
4) Dengan menggunakan spatula, masukkan tepung sedikit sedikit berselang selikan dengan putih telur kedalam bekas yang berisi Bahan A. Gaul hingga rata.
5) Bakar selapis selapis dengan menggunakan api grill hingga habis.
6) Pada lapisan terakhir, gunakan api atas dan bawah, bakar pada suhu 180 deg.C selama 10minit atau sehingga masak. Boleh gunakan loyang berukuran 9X9 inci.

Nota :
1) Saya gunakan telur saiz besar dan lebihkan sedikit sukatan mentega.
2) Saya gunakan loyang saiz 10" x 7" dan dapati ada lebihan adunan yg kemudiannya saya bubuh dalam acuan cupcakes. Saya taburkan sedikit parutan keju cheddar ke atasnya.

KEK LAPIS DURIAN (my version)
Bahan-Bahan
16 oz mentega
4 sudu besar susu pekat manis
14 oz isi durian

* Pukul semua bahan hingga kembang …………. BAHAN (A)

20 biji kuning telur
6 biji putih telur
1 sudu besar ovalette
10 oz gula halus
5½ oz tepung naik sendiri

* Pukul semua bahan dgn high speed ………… BAHAN (B)

Cara:
Campurkan Bahan A dengan Bahan B. Kacau rata-rata.
Bakar selapis selapis hingga selesai dengan api grill.
Note:
I've been using this recipe for many years and it has never failed me.

Permintaan Resipi KEK LAPIS KUKUS MASAM MANIS

Untuk menunaikan permintaan SK, di sini saya sertakan resipi KEK LAPIS MASAM MANIS yg saya petik dari Forum Resepi Diana http://resipidiana.20.forumer.com. Diharap ianya dapat juga dimanfaatkan oleh semua yg berminat.

Kek Lapis Masam Manis

Bahan-Bahan
10 biji telur
1 tin susu manis
16 oz mentega golden churn
12 bungkus haw flakes
2 sudu teh vanila
2 gelas gula
300g biskut marie [ditumbuk]
1 sudu teh baking powder

Cara:
Pukul putih telur dan gula sehingga kembang
Campurkan kuning telur,butter dan susu. Gaul sehingga rata.
Satukan kedua-dua adunan dan kacau rata.
Masukkan tepung biskut marie dan baking powder.
Bahagikan adunan kepada 2 bahagian , satu diwarnakan kuning, yg satu lagi diwarnakan hijau.
Kukuslah selapis-selapis dan setiap 1 warna selang selikan dengan haw flakes.

Nota dari rohana68 :
Resepi ni agak manis jadi bolehlah dikurangkan sikit gula.
Mixer digunakan hanya untuk pukul putih telur dan gula saja yang lain tu gunakan senduk kayu.


Kek Lapis Masam Manis
(Versi Mak Lang)

Bahan-Bahan
1 cwn mentega
1 cwn gula halus
2 sb susu pekat
4 biji telur
1 cwn tepung gandum } ayak sekali dgn b/powder
1 st baking powder }
1 1/2 cwn serbuk biskut marie
2 paket asam hawflakes
esen vanilla
pewarna ikut suka

Cara
Pukul mentega dgn gula hingga kembang.
Masukkan telur satu-persatu dan esen vanilla.
Masukkan tepung dan biskut marie lalu digaul rata.
Bahagikan kepada 2 bahagian dan warnakan mengikut citarasa anda.
Sapu loyang dengan minyak atau alas dgn kertas.
Masak (kukus) adunan selapis selapis berselang-seli & bubuhkan hawflakes.
Setiap satu lapisan memerlukan kira-kira 4-5 min utk masak.

ROTI lagi.........

These past few days tak banyak aktiviti di dapur. Cuma oleh kerana masih dlm proses pembelajaran membuat roti, that's why laa kebelakangan ni asyik posting bab roti jer!! Jangan ler marah yer!!! For harini, just the pics of sardines bun in a different shape. Baked them yesterday morning while watching Champions League & brought them to share with colleagues. Enjoy watching the pics.

KUE TEOW GORENG

We had kue teow goreng for breakfast this morning. Actually brunch to be exact, as I cooked in between watching SURIA SEGAR. It was ready only abt 11am. Anyway, it's a simple dish which I'm sure most of us can do, ya! Just throw a little of this and a little of that & then taste! Not enough of some ingredients, just add. Too much of certain ingr, add others to counter, heheh! Finally when it is done, you can just sit down and eat. But not for me though. I don't normally eat after I cook as the aroma and smells while cooking will keep me 'full' till much later on. So, here's the pic.

FRIED KUE TEOW (KUE TEOW GORENG)

1 kg flat rice noodles (kue teow)
3 big onions
25 dried chillies (cut, remove seeds, soaked)
2 garlic
2 tbsp dried shrimps (soaked) ....... (Blend all these in a blender)
300 gm bean sprouts
2 tbsp light soya sauce
2 tbsp dark soya sauce
3 tbsp dark sweet soya sauce
a few drops of sesame oil
a pinch of salt- or acc to taste
250 gm cooked beef (sliced)
250 gm squids (cut into rings)
250 gm prawns (remove shells)
2-3 pcs fish cake (sliced)
enough oil
celery & spring onions (chopped)
a little fried shallots, red chillies & omelette (for garnishing)

Method:
Heat oil in a wok. Put in the blended ingredients & saute till fragrant. Add in the beef, fish cake, squids & prawns. Stir fry for a while and then add in the bean sprouts. Keep stirring. Next, add in flat noodles, stir. Then add in all the 3 soy sauces, sesame oil & salt. Mix well and add in the chopped celery/spring onions. Place cooked kue teow in a plate and garnish with fried shallots, red chillies & sliced omelette.


DONUTS

Yesterday went to my cousin's daughter birthday celebrations. Prior to that, had wanted to bake or prepare something simple for her but was undecided. Finally I did some donuts using one of the recipes I has seen from frenz FPs/Blogs. It's been a long time since I made donuts and the ones I tried before had mashed potatoes in them. However fr yesterday's donuts, I did using Chef Li's recipe. I copied this recipe from Mamafami's FP which she herself got from Mamazieza's FP. Thank you both of you fr sharing this lovely donut recipe yaa.. Btw, from the feedback I got yesterday, most of them liked the softness of the donuts texture. So here is the pic and of course, the recipe! Enjoysss





















DONUT (Chef Li)

Ingredients :
500 g flour (I used a mixture of plain flour and HK flr)
11 g (1 sachet) instant yeast
25 g margarine (I used butter)
45 g vegetable shortening (eg CRISCO)
40 g sugar (I used 60 gm)
1 small egg
2 tablespoons milk powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon bread softener
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
250 g water ~ lukewarm
1/3 tablespoon ovalette (I used 1/2 tsp only)
1/2 teaspoon salt (this one I pandai2 tambah- nak kasi lemak sket..)

Method :
1. Sift flour, milk powder, bread softener and baking powder into a bowl. Add in sugar, salt & yeast. Mix well.
2. Add in ovalette and mix well.
3. Next, add in the egg, mix well again.
4. Pour in the lukewarm water a little at a time and knead till the dough is just combined.
5. Add in the shortening and butter.
6. Continue kneading to form a soft, smooth and elastic dough. Leave the dough to rest for abt 15 minutes or till the dough double in size.
7. Roll the dough till about 1 - 1.5 cm thick and cut using a donut cutter.
8. Sprinkle some flour onto a tray and arrange the donuts.
9. Leave the donuts to prove till double the size.
10. Fry till golden brown and coat with either castor sugar or melted cooking chocolate and sprinkle with 100 thousands, chopped almonds, coloured vermicilli or chocolate rice.

REMPEYEK, KIP MART- JB TRIP

Harini, heheh, I'm not stressing myself, coz (shhh....don't tell people aarr, I tak pi ofis laaa). Haha, btw, I'm not on AWOL but AL, k! Hajat di hati nak pi merayap sorang2 kat kedai2 buku di JB but then when I told my sis of my intention this morning when she came to pick up the rempeyek I ordered for her; she too wanted to go. So she roped in her husb and we went for a joy 'ride'. First on the agenda, nak cari Pasar Kg Pandan- sbb nak tanya pasal sejenis susu yg dikatakan mujarab for certain medical conditions. Tapi sebelum tu, meh tgk pic rempeyek ni dulu ok! Kalau dah start makan, susah nak stop.. (btw, ada sesaper tak yg expert dlm buat rempeyek ni. Kalau ada, bolehlah share yer!!)

















OK let's continue. On the way, nampak signboard Jusco, Tebrau City (teringat pulak, nabialishad mentioned abt beli buku chef Anuar kat sana) but nvr mind, that'll come later. Cari-cari Pasar Kg Pandan jumpa but entah lerr mcm takder org bisniz jer! Banyak kedai yg tutup.??? Jalan lagi, pusing-pusing, tak jumpa pulak Tebrau City. Terus we went to Kip Mart - my sis' usual tmpt blanja. Kat situ ada pasar, ada food cte, kedai2 ubat, dan kedai buku! But sebelum tu roundlah pasar kejap... and bought some food items ..mcm kat foto ni..







Krepek dan kuih bahulu tu - utk santapan sefamili .. Cendol....ingat nak wat talam cendol kot!
Sambal Rojak - strong recomm fr sis (sedap)
Keropok Lekor - kegemaran anak2 (makbapak gak)
Mangga Harum Manis- beli sbb murah RM5 -2 kg
Cili Padi/Mangga sambal - igt nak msk kerabu or smbl jer... entah2 tak buat pun!!


OK, pastu saya pi ke kedai buku tu. Sambil membelek2 buku, terpandang muka chef Anuar yg hensem tu!!! Tinggal dua naskhah jerr. Tak tunggu lagi, terus ambil & pi kat counter bayaran. Pembantu kedai tu berkata yg buku tu dah lama dok kat situ sbb dah lama buku tu dicetak. Bila saya mintak buku yg masih dlm bungkusan plastik-konon2 nak yg baru lerr!!, beliau jwb tu dua jerr yg ada. Dan belum sempat saya ckp apa2 lagi, beliau pun menambah "saya kasi abg diskaun siket eh". Heheh, kalau dah rezeki jgn ditolak laa. Sebelum beliau bertukar fikiran, baik saya lekas2 bayar. (btw, kalau seingat saya, siti ada pesan buku ni dgn saya kan? If you still want it, let me know, K!)

Alhamdulillah, we reached home safe & sound before Asar.

CHEESE, CHOCOLATE & CURRY BUNS

Yesterday, baked some buns/bread for breakfast and brought some to office to share with colleagues. This morning too, in between watching the English Premier League's football match between Chelsea & West Ham Utd, I started kneading the dough for yet again....bread/buns! Unlike yesterday when I sought the help of my trusted Kenwood mixer using the dough hook - (btw, I have yet to buy a Bread Machine/Maker); today, I used my two bare hands (it's been a long time since I used my hands to knead! ) to prepare the dough. I knead it for abt 8-10 minutes. My daughters love them so much! Here are some pics of the end-results.

CHOCOLATE BUNS
I used a recipe which I obtained from some website. My apologies coz I could not remember whose recipe it is. But its similar to a basic sweet bun recipe.



CHOCOLATE BUNS
Ingredients A :
500 gm bread flour (I used 250 gm bread flr, 250 gm Hong Kong flr)
30 gm milk powder
20 gm cocoa powder (I used 30 gm-just to make it darker)
100 gm caster sugar
11 gm dried yeast (1 sachet)
1 whole egg

I added :
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp bread improver
1/2 tsp bread softerner
some golden & black raisins

Ingredients B :
250 ml water
80 gm margarine (I used butter)

Method :
1. Mix well ingredients A.
2. Add in water and knead to form a soft dough.
3. Add in butter and knead again till dough is soft and elastic.
4. Divide the dough into 50 gm balls each.
5. Shape the dough to your liking.
6. Leave them to prove till double in size (abt 30 -40 mins)
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree celsius till golden brown (abt 15- 20 mins)
8. Once out of the oven, brush buns with butter.






CURRY BUNS
I used BASIC BREAD RECIPE & the filling normally used for curry puff/epok-epok.

DAGING KICAP BEREMPAH, KERABU TOMATO IKAN BILIS & BAWAL MSK TAUCHO

Assalamualaikum semua. Maaflah sbb dah lama takde entry. Kebelakangan ni mcm malas je..... atau pun stress kat tmpt keje, entahlah. Stok bahan-bahan banyak dah kat cabinet, fridge, freezer.....sumer menunggu digunakan. Sigh..... tunggulah bila semangat dan mood datang, Insya'allah menjadilah... But as for today, I would like to post the dish I had prepared for today's meal. Kelam kabut jap pagi tadi sbb tengahari ada undangan walimah. So here it is..




DAGING KICAP BEREMPAH

1 kg daging lembu/kambing (potong ikut suka)
(Rebus hingga 3/4 empuk. Biar lebihkan airnya utk digunakan nanti)

12 tangkai cili kering (rendam)
3 sudu teh lada hitam
2 sudu teh jintan halus
1 sudu teh jintan kasar
2 biji pelaga (gunakan isinya saja)
2 biji bawang besar
5 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
1/2 biji buah pala (I omitted sbb takde dlm stok)
(Kisar semua bahan di atas hingga halus)

2 biji bawang besar (potong gegelang (rings) dan goreng sebentar)
6 sudu besar sos tomato
5-6 sudu besar kicap lemak manis
3 biji kentang (dipotong wedges)
3 biji tomato buah (setiap biji potong 2 atau 4)
1 btg lobak merah (dipotong kecil2)
3 sudu besar bawang goreng (optional)
sedikit daun ketumbar
secubit garam, sedikit gula
minyak utk menumis

Cara:
Panaskan minyak dalam periuk. Tumis bahan-bahan kisar hingga garing. Masukkan daging bersama air rebusannya, lobak merah, sos tomato, kicap manis, garam dan gula. Sesuaikan rasanya. Bila daging sudah empuk, masukkan bawang goreng, gegelang bawang & kentang wedges dan kacau sebentar. Akhir sekali masukkan tomato buah dan daun ketumbar. Kacau sebentar dan kemudian matikan api. Hidangkan dgn nasi atau roti.




IKAN BAWAL MASAK TAUCHO
(resipi sempoi jer)

2 ekor ikan bawal (sederhana besarnya)-digoreng
2 biji bawang besar (hiris)
1 inci halia (hiris)
3 ulas bawang putih (hiris)
2 btg cili merah (hiris)
2 btg cili hijau (hiris)
3 sudu besar taucho (cuci dan tumbuk)
3-4 sudu besar santan pekat
secukup air
secubit garam (jika perlu)
1/2 sudu teh gula (optional)
secukup minyak utk menumis

Cara:
Panaskan minyak dalam kuali. Tumis bawang besar, bawang putih dan halia hingga layu sedikit. Masukkan taucho dan sedikit air. Kemudian masukkan ikan bawal yg dah digoreng dan juga cili merah/hijau hiris. Masukkan santan, gula dan secubit garam. Sesuaikan rasanya dan tambahkan air jika perlu. Biarkan ikan sebati dgn kuahnya sebentar sebelum diangkat dari kuali.

Kalau anak-anak tak gemar lauk taucho ni, makan jer ikan bawal ni togel2 atau pun cicah dgn sambal kicap cili padi...(meleleh air liur, sbb tak sempat nak buat)




Hah, kerabu tomato ni , copy dari FP Mamazieza di http://mamazieza.fotopages.com/. Bila tenguk Mamafami pun dah try, aiseyman, nak cuba gaklah for a change. Memang sedap apalagi kalau sesaper yg gemar aroma dari hirisan serai tu.



KERABU TOMATO DAN IKAN BILIS

Ikan bilis goreng segenggam (saya gunakan 1 cawan)
2 biji tomato dihiris
sedikit cili padi dihiris
2 biji bawang besar dihiris
1 batang serai dihiris
1 btg cili merah, 1 btg cili hijau dihiris -(ni saya yg pepandai tambah)

Tumbuk ikan bilis tadi (saya tumbuk kasar jer) dan gaulkan dengan semua bahan yang telah dihiris. Gaulkan dengan sedikit gula dan garam dan perahkan sedikit jus limau kasturi...

ASAM PEDAS LADA HIDUP

Ingatkan harini nak masak Asam Pedas biasa but unfortunately, cili keringnya masih belum dikisar lagi. Hari dah masuk tghari nie... malaslah nak rendam cili kering, nak blend lagi, so, tukar lerr menu. I'll cook Asam Pedas Lada Hidup. I'm sure most of you can do it yaa.. Just to share mine - pics and recipe.



ASAM PEDAS LADA HIDUP
1 kg ikan (saya gunakan ikan pari) -dibersihkan dan potong ikut suka
15 btg lada merah
10 btg cili padi kampung
2 biji bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
1/2 inci lengkuas
1/2 inci kunyit hidup
1 sudu teh lada hitam
sedikit belacan
(Kisar semua bahan di atas ini hingga halus)

10 btg sayur bendi (yg kecil)
1 btg terung (potong kecil)
sedikit daun kesum
1/2 biji bawang besar hiris
2 btg serai (dititik)
2-3 mangkuk air
secukup perahan air asam
garam secukup rasa
secubit serbuk perasa atau 1/2 steh gula (optional)
minyak secukupnya (abt 1-2 senduk)

Cara:
1) Panaskan minyak dalam periuk. Tumis bawang hiris hingga layu.
2) Masukkan bahan kisar tadi bersama serai titik dan daun kesum. Kacau sekali sekala dan biarkan sehingga garing.
3) Masukkan ikan bersama air, kacau dan biarkan sebentar. Kemudian masukkan terung, bendi, air asam, garam & perasa/gula. Kacau sebentar & sesuaikan rasanya-masam, masinnya.
4) Biarkan sehingga kuah mendidih dan ikan masak. Matikan api dan bolehlah dihidangkan bersama nasi.



Ha..., kuah lodeh ni saya buat yg simple jer, janji rasanya enak. Tak banyak songeh.. As for the sayur, you can choose whatever you like seperti lobak merah, kobis, nangka muda, rebung muda, dll...

KUAH LEMAK LODEH
1 cawan campuran udang kering dan ikan bilis (direndam)
3 ulas bawang putih
1 ½ biji bawang besar
1 btg lada hidup

½ biji bawang besar hiris
1 btg serai (titik)- optional
50 sen (abt 250 gm) kacang panjang (potong serong)
1 btg lobak merah (hiris sprti lidi mancis)
sedikit sengkuang (hiris memanjang)
sedikit kobis (hiris)
1 btg terung (potong kecil)
2 keping tempeh (potong 4 setiap satu)
2 keping tahu (potong empat setiap satu)-goreng dahulu
2 helai daun salam
1½ mangkuk air (agak2)
500 ml santan Kara
garam secukup rasa.
1 senduk kecil minyak untuk menumis.

Cara:
Panaskan minyak dalam periuk dan tumis bawang hingga layu. Masukkan bahan kisar, serai & daun salam lalu tumis hingga garing. Masukkan air, kacau dan biarkan sebentar. Kemudian masukkan bahan-bahan sayur tadi bermula dgn sayur yg keras. Kacau sebentar. Bila sayur sudah 1/2 masak, masukkan santan bersama garam, tahu dan tempeh. Kacau sekali sekala. Jgn biarkan terlalu lama tanpa dikacau agar kuahnya tidak "pecah santan". Setelah mendidih, matikan api.

* Satu lagi cara yg lebih mudah ialah tanpa menumis, meaning- minyak pun tak digunakan. Anda masukkan semua bahan kisar ke dalam periuk bersama air dan santan. Kacau2 hingga kuahnya hangat sebelum masukkan sayur-mayur tadi dan garam. Again, perhatikan jgn sampai kuahnya 'pecah santan'.



KACANG/IKAN BILIS GORENG
250 gm kacang
200 gm ikan bilis
3 biji bawang besar (hiris)
2 btg lada hijau (hiris)
2 btg lada merah (hiris)
lada padi (optional, kalau ingin pedas)
kicap manis secukupnya
1 biji jus limau kasturi
2 sudu makan minyak

Cara:
Kacang dan ikan bilis di goreng berasingan.
Panaskan minyak dlm kuali dan tumis bawang hiris, lada hijau dan merah hiris sebentar.
Masukkan kicap manis, gaul rata dan matikan api.
Sejukkan sebentar. Kemudian masukkan kacang dan ikan bilis lalu gaul rata-rata.
Perahkan sedikit jus limau kasturi dan gaul rata.

ANEKA BUN



This morning I baked some buns again. This time I used a recipe which I got from Forum Resipi Diana. It originated from Pn Roshayati with a little modification from Diana. The sweet buns produced were soft and nice. My wife and children will vouch for it!! For this time, I made them into sardine buns, cheese buns and sausage buns. As I go along, I will definitely try other variations of the buns and different fillings too! So, here are the results and the recipe. Thank you Diana and Pn Roshayati for sharing this wonderful recipe.



BASIC BREAD RECIPE (Diana olah dari resipi asal Roshayati)
Bahan A
440 gram tepung roti/ high protein flour
60 gram tepung superfine (I used Hong Kong flour)
100 gram gula
1 sudu teh garam halus
30 gram susu tepung
1 sudu teh bread improver super tex
4 sudu teh (1 paket) yis kering
( I added 1 sudu teh VX2-bread softener)

Bahan B
250 ml air
1 biji telur (pukul sikit)

Bahan C
80 gram shortening ( I used 40 gm shortening & 40 gm butter as in Pn Roshayati's orig recipe)

Cara-Caranya
1) Masukkan bahan B dalam A. Uli hingga adunan agak licin.
2) Masukkan bahan C dalam adunan dan uli hingga adunan jadi licin dan tak melekat di tangan dan bekas.
3) Biarkan doh selama 30 - 40 minit.
4) Tumbuk2 doh dan uli untuk keluarkan angin. Ini penting untuk hasilkan roti yang tidak berongga besar di dalam.
5) Bahagikan doh ikut berat yang dikehendaki. Bulat2kan doh. Rehatkan 10 minit.
6) Keluarkan angin dari doh dengan cara memicit dan bulatkan sekali lagi.
7) Bolehlah dibentuk ikut suka.
8) Biarkan hingga naik 40 minit - 1 jam.
9) Bakar hingga masak.

*Cara Saya Buat:
Saya masukkan kesemua bahan A ke dalam mixer dan kacau rata. Kemudian, saya masukkan bahan B sambil dipukul bahan tersebut dgn dough hook hingga menjadi adunan yg licin dan tak tak melekat kat tangan. Cara seterusnya sama seperti di atas.

JELLY FRUIT COCKTAIL

Hah, just to share the iced-jelly fruit cocktail which I did a few days ago. I used to do the jelly based on some recipes which I have in my collection. However, nowadays the jelly powder is available in most shops selling baking items such as Phoon Huat and Ailin. The jelly texture I supposed is a cross between konyaku jelly and agar-agar - more spongy/elastic than agar-agar bt less than konyaku. So, next time you crave for this sweet dessert, just buy the ready-made jelly powder- saves your time!

Tagged.....again???

Aiseyman cik bawang, dalam kesibukan setelah pulang ke Korea, sempat gak kamu tagged saya yerr!! Dah laa virus "M" menimpa saya skarang nie, kena tagged lagi pulak. Tapi takpe, copy & paste jerr OK kan...

And finally, here's the answers again to the 6 weird things abt me :

1) I still sleep with bantal yg berisikan kabu-kabu (bkn aper, kepala dah banyak batu- so kalau bantal tu lembik yg mcm sponge tu, pendekata 3-4 bantal jadikan satu pun tak selesa..heheh)
2) I cannot do business, sbb perasaan tak sampai hati tu selalu ada kat dlm diri. (Bila dah tetapkan harga sesuatu juadah yg ditempah - bila part diaorg nak bayar, kekadang tu kasi discount lagi!!- camni bisniz bleh lingkup, ada kedai pun tutup..)
3) I can finish up my meals, be it lunch, dinner, etc and totally forget to take a drink. ( I guess I've got lots of liquid in my body)
4) I prefer to give recipes and teach someone whenever he/she requests to place an order with me..( Now, is it weird??, hah, which is why I cannot do bisniz )
5) I cannot watch movies in cinemas (bukan kerana bayaran tiket yg semakin naik harganya, tapi ......heheh... once dah masuk dlm panggung tu..bila lampu sumer ditutup, mulalah mata saya menjadi kuyu dan langsung tertidur!!)
6) When I was young, in pri school, I used to throw my siblings things down the rubbish chute whenver I got into an arguement. ( Bkn aper, kalau nak bergasak tentu kalah sbb kita yg kecik so amik jer apa2 barang diaorg, lontarkan dlm tong sampah- mesti argument tu stop...Tapi tu citer dulu2, skarang dah tobat nasuha.)
